I especially like this scene because it depicts exactly how one should feel when with their best friend - happy. It doesn't matter who you're best friend is or what they look like, because it takes a lot more than rapid mutations from a couple of masks to ruin your persona. In turn, no one knows this better than the people who truly care for you.
